As a PADI Five Star dive operation, Toucan Diving in Bonaire has everything you will need to start or fill your scuba diving experience.

From their IDC training facility certification can be obtained from open water to divemaster.

In addition, the dive operation also offers several programs for children, making it a true family experience.

While offering shore and boat excursions, a trip to Klein Bonaire or a snorkel through caves by experienced personnel are some of the adventures offered.

For the advanced diver seeking the ultimate experience, Toucan also offers Tek/Rec dives.

Location

The dive shop is located at the Plaza Resort. At Toucan the ultimate dive or snorkel adventure is available for all.

The dive shop is located dockside at the Plaza Resort Bonaire, approximately 2 miles from Kralendkijk and ½ mile from Flamingo International Airport.

For the snorkel enthusiast, Toucan provides lessons and equipment for sale or rent.

With Bonaire’s coral reefs ready for you to walk into from the shore, it makes the perfect atmosphere to watch tropical fish of all colors.

With excursions from shore, Toucan also provides guided night trips and offers a chance to adventure into caves only available to those that choose to snorkel.

Children’s Courses

SASY

Supplied Air Snorkeling for Youth is a program for children age 5 years and older, in which they experience snorkeling using a small floating device.

Bubble Maker

A program for children 8 years and older in which they are fitted with a complete scuba unit with a children’s tank. An instructor trains the children in a swimming pool. At 10 years, they are allowed a dive in shallow waters up to 2 meters.

PADI Open Water

The open water program is for children age 10 and up in which they become fully certified as a junior open water diver. This requires 4 days of training and restricts the child to diving with a certified instructor or their parents.
