Suave Sailing Bonaire began offering sailing journeys in 2004. That was the year Ronald and Jacqueline Hettinga decided to move to Bonaire and live their dream. How Romantic is that!!

While fairly new to the island, they are anything but new to sailing. Prior to their arrival on Bonaire, Ronald sailed the oceans on a pram with a small sail.

Sharing their love of yachting, Ronald and Jacqueline have designed the perfect outing on their 44’ sailing yacht. Leaving from the Plaza Marina they offer personalized service around Bonaire and the uninhabited island located right off Bonaire.

With yacht charters that include a trip to No Name Beach located on Klein Bonaire, where you are offered the chance to snorkel in the crystal clear waters or relax on the pristine sand.

The waters surrounding Klein Bonaire are famous for being the most vivid for snorkeling and this is a trip that should not be missed.

After your snorkel, enjoy snacks and drinks as you catch the winds and enjoy the calm sailing back to Bonaire.

For the romantic at heart, a three hour sail followed by a dinner on the beach may just be what you always wanted.

This is the cruise we did. No Name Beach at Klein Bonaire and lunch on the shore. We saw so many different fish! Be sure to bring along your fish guide so you can mark which ones you spotted.

Relax, sail and enjoy drift snorkeling while the crew prepares you a delicious BBQ on Klein Bonaire. Snacks and drinks will be served.

Full Moon Sailing Cruise

Sit back, relax and enjoy the view of Bonaire’s setting sun and rising moon from the deck of this 44’ Peterson sailing boat. This cruise will last about two and one half hours, and of course, snacks and drinks will be served. This is just one of the romantic ways to spend an evening you'll find in Bonaire.
