Aruba Pictures
Here are some Aruba Pictures we took while we vacationed on that ABC Island in the Netherland Antilles. Most of my family and I went to Aruba for vacation in the end of September, beginning of October. My daughter, Dr. Kristen, my son Jeff and my daughter in law Jennifer and little old me had a great time. Come on and find out what we did and what we suggest you do when you go. The weather was great, the wind was constant. It was a good time for us. Take a look at some of the pictures we took while we were there.
The water in Aruba is so crystal clear, it's amazing. The beaches are clean and the people are friendly. It's the Happy Island!
Here is Jeff having some fun with his tube. Dr. Kristen and I stayed at the Aruba Beach Club. Jeff and Jennifer stayed at the Aruba Marriott Surf Club and they have a lazy river you can float in. That's how Jeff wound up with this tube. He bought it for a couple bucks so he could float around the lazy river, but he found lots to do with it.
These are a couple of pictures of the fish and a starfish that Jeff took while we were in Aruba. This is right off of Boca Catalina, a small, quiet beach we found on the way to the California Lighthouse. The crowd at Boca Catalina was made up of Arubans...it was a lovely spot...and great for snorkling.
Look how clear the water is in our Aruba pictures. Aruba is not only a great place to dive, snorkel and swim, it's perfect for taking underwater pictures as well.

We spotted this starfish about 30 feet from the shore and the fish were all over.
This last picture is of the coastline of Aruba, or is this the beach bar? We were drinking Amstel Brite, the beer that's made in the Netherland Antilles on the island of Curaçao, the C of the ABC Islands. We also had some Balashi beer. We had fun in both spots, the bar and on the beach!
Here is the picture of the coastline of Aruba. You can see the big hotels in the background, far away. We were headed up towards the California Lighthouse when we found Boca Catalina. Not crowded, quiet...perfect for swimming, snorkeling and taking pictures in the water.
